JJ Jenkins Pumps & Extruders

Extruders up to 8" diameter, 
with bi-metallic lined barrels, high-capacity thrust bearings, and gear boxes. 
Heating/cooling and control systems, from simple to advanced PC-based, 
are tailored to your application. 

Gear pumps (fractional up to 8") can be added downstream 
to ensure linear output and constant flow to the die, 
unaffected by screen filter buildup or pressure changes.

JJ Jenkins Castings & Godet Rolls

For Chilled Roll Quenching, 
available up to 30" diameter and 96" long. 
Hard-chrome polished finish and heavy mounting structure 
ensure vibration-free operation, with even temperature distribution 
across the full roll face.

JJ Jenkins Hot Air Ovens

Heavy steel frame supports a plenum design delivering high-velocity hot air 
across the full oven length. 
Adjustable air jets and variable-speed fans maximize process control. 
Available in 16–96" widths and 8–15 ft lengths.
