Spinnerets & Spin Packs

We supply spinnerets and spin packs for all types of processes !

Our product range covers all kinds of high pressure, stainless steel spinnerets for spinning monofilaments, multifilaments and staple fibres, including bi-components, from several polymers like PP, PA.6, PA.66 and PET for producing textile-, industrial-, carpet (BCF), medical and special yarns.

Different blank dimensions and forms can be supplied, such as round, rectangular and oval. In addition to round capillaries, a large variety of profiled capillaries can be provided for spinning standard or micro dpf filaments.

Different types of stainless steel material, well-proven for spinnerets, are available and will be supplied with the appropriate heat treatment and surface hardening. Other materials, also aside stainless steel, are available on request.

The exit surface of spinnerets can be provided with matt lapping, mirror lapping or PVD-coating.

Dry & Wet Spinning We supply high precision spinnerets made of stainless steel and Tantalum with either round or profiled capillaries, e.g. for carbon fibres/filaments and aramids. Different blank dimensions and forms can be supplied, such as round, bowl, ring and oval. The dimensions of spinnerets and their capillary sizes and forms will be done as per customer’s individual requirements. The exit surface of spinnerets can be provided with matt lapping, mirror lapping or coating.
Membrane & Dialysis We supply high precision spinnerets, BiCo-spinnerets and membran made of stainless steel for water filtration and Dialysis tubes. The dimensions of spinnerets and their capillary sizes and forms will be done as per customer’s individual requirements

Spin Packs We have special manufacturing facilities for high pressure spin packs made of stainless steel for spinning monofilaments, multifilaments, staple fibres, non-woven fibres and bi-components for either sea-island, split-type, sheath core or side-by-side filaments and fibres. Manufacturing is done according customer’s sample or drawing. Alternatively, a joint development process is established for an individual-tailored spin pack fulfilling highest technical standards.
